The basic principle of the quality policy of our company is to meet the client requirements in line with the provisions of law.
For this reason we introduced our MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2001 standard based quality management system, which operates under the direction of the management and with the responsible co-operation of each employee.
We are managing the client demands and comments in a well retrievable manner and we do react immediately to client requests. We are collecting in a documented manner the possibly incurring client complaints, internal errors, and deviations, and we assess them and take the necessary steps in the interest of repairing the errors in a successful and efficient manner. We are using the result of the analysis for the purpose of developing the management system and increasing satisfaction. Our target is to provide reliable services of improving quality through mutually successful co-operation arrangements and establishing a reliable supplier background. |
